Carter's red-hot streak

Alverca striker Anthony Carter added another assist to his tally in a clash against FC Porto B, extending his remarkable run to 10 goal contributions across his last nine games.

He was also named the Liga Portugal 2 Forward of the Month and Player of the Month.

The Aussie forward is a pivotal figure in his team’s push for promotion, combining creativity and precision in the final third. He has scored 11 goals and provided four assists across his last 18 games for the club.

Irankunda debuts in Switzerland

Nestory Irankunda made his competitive debut for Grasshopper in the Swiss Super League.

The 18-year-old played as a striker and showed glimpses of his talent despite being substituted at half-time following a tactical reshuffle due to an early red card.

Boyle's brilliance continues

Martin Boyle stood out again in Hibernian’s 3-0 win over Clydebank in the Scottish Cup, scoring twice—his third brace in as many games—and assisting the other goal.

Boyle has 12 goals and eight assists in his 27 appearances in all competitions this season.

Fellow Aussies Lewis Miller and Jack Iredale completed 90 minutes, while Nectarios Triantis was an unused substitute.

McGowan's cup heroics

Ryan McGowan played every minute of Livingston’s thrilling 2-1 extra-time win over Josh Nisbet's Ross County in the Scottish Cup.

His solid defensive display helped Livingston secure progression through a dramatic 119th-minute winner. Nisbet did feature for Ross County, playing 65 minutes.
