It was another strong week for Australians across Europe, with significant moments across some of the continent's top leagues. From decisive goals and assists to commanding defensive displays, Aussies continued to prove their quality on some of football's biggest stages. Several names have cemented themselves as weekly standouts, while others are beginning to build momentum after slower starts. With competition for places heating up, this week's rankings reflect both consistency and impact, as players across different leagues keep flying the flag abroad.

Alessandro Circati - Parma (no change)
Alessandro Circati stays on top after another standout display in Serie A, anchoring Parma to their first win of the campaign with a 2-1 triumph over Torino.
The 20-year-old defender was immense at the back, winning seven of his eight duels and making seven clearances as a central centre-back.
Circati has played every minute of Parma's Serie A campaign so far. His consistency has been key to their defensive solidity, with only six goals conceded across their opening five fixtures—among the best records in the league.
Nestory Irankunda - Watford (no change)
Watford finally ended their long wait for a league victory with a 2-1 triumph over Hull City, climbing to 16th.Â
Irankunda was central to the breakthrough win, starting as a striker and playing 83 minutes. The teenager was lively throughout, accumulating an xG of 0.59 from his five shots.
While he didn't find the net this time, his threat in behind and willingness to take on responsibility in the final third were vital in helping Watford snap their winless run. They currently sit 16th in the league.
A bit later in the week, Nestor was taken off in the 35th minute as Watford drew to Portsmouth.
Jordan Bos - Feyenoord (+1)
Up one place this week is Jordan Bos after another boss performance.
He continues to shine in the Netherlands, this week providing the assist for Feyenoord's winner in a 1-0 victory at Groningen.
Playing the full 90 minutes at left-back, Bos showed his quality going forward, retrieving an over-hit cross before cutting inside on to his right foot and delivering a pinpoint ball for Ayase Ueda to head home in the 50th minute.Â
Beyond the decisive moment, Bos offered his usual energy on the flank, balancing his defensive duties with sharp attacking contributions.
Massimo Luongo - Millwall (-1)
Down one spot this week, Massimo Luongo continues to be a reliable figure in Millwall's midfield, playing the full 90 minutes in their 1-1 draw with Cameron Burgess' Swansea.
Much like the result itself, it's hard to separate these two Australians given their consistency and importance to their respective sides.
Luongo's experience and composure in the middle of the park have made him indispensable to Millwall, with his presence offering balance and stability week after week.
Thankfully, for the sake of himself only, Luongo missed Millwall's 4-0 loss to Coventry at home.
Cameron Burgess - Swansea (+2)
Cameron Burgess remains a pillar of reliability for Swansea, featuring for the entire 90 minutes in their 1-1 draw with Luongo's Millwall.Â
The centre-back stood out with his composure on the ball, registering more touches than any other player on the pitch (124) while maintaining a 77% pass success rate. Burgess has now played every minute of Swansea's opening eight league games, underlining his status as an indispensable figure in the heart of defence.
Swansea also beat Lewis Miller's Blackburn away from home, where Burgess played another full 90.
Adrian Segecic - Portsmouth (no change)
Adrian Segecic moved back into the middle of the pitch for Portsmouth as they lost 2-1 to Ipswich away from home.
He was subbed off after 62 minutes, but with that being said, Portsmouth is really showing its faith in him in a role where he looks "far more effective," according to Portsmouth News, which rated his performance a 7/10.
A bit later in the week, he did score the second goal and equaliser against Watford in a 2-2 draw, coming off the bench in the 65th minute.
Lewis Miller - Blackburn (no change)
The result is a big talking point here, but Miller played a full 90 minutes again for Blackburn as a centre-back.Â
Rovers lost 3-0 to Charlton Athletic, and to be honest, it could've been much more than that.
Following that, they lost to Cameron Burgess' Swansea 2-1 at home, cementing their place in the relegation zone at the moment, with two wins from their opening seven fixtures.
Mat Ryan - Levante (no change)
Another strong showing from the Socceroos' number one. Ryan made three saves from four shots faced in Levante's 1-1 draw with Getafe, continuing his steady start to life in La Liga.Â
After keeping a clean sheet last week, the 33-year-old has quickly established himself as a reliable presence between the sticks for his new club.
Jacob Italiano - Grazer AK (new)
After registering an assist against Rapid Wien last week, Jacob Italiano followed up with his side's first clean sheet of the season in a 0-0 draw against SV Ried. The 24-year-old defender played the full 90 minutes, continuing his run of consistent starts in the Austrian Bundesliga.
Italiano has averaged 89 minutes per match so far in the 2025/26 campaign, underlining his importance to Grazer AK. Despite his steady form, Grazer sits at the bottom of the table and remains winless after eight rounds.
Fran Karacic & Anthony Kalik - Hajduk Split (new)
Â
The Aussie duo combined to secure another win in the Croatian top flight, as Hajduk Split defeated NK Lokomotiva 2-0.
Anthony Kalik netted his first league goal of the season, finishing from Fran Karacic's assist.
Karacic also helped his side keep a clean sheet—their fourth from seven games—as Hajduk remain in second place on the table.
