On Sunday, October 26, 2025, at the Sydney Football Summit, held at the magnificent Melba Rooftop Bar at Circular Quay, Done Deal, an impressive and easy-to-navigate new app that specialises in making transfers easy, was launched by player agent Eric Santiago and his business partner Leo Gaspar.

An eclectic mix of past and present players, FIFA agents, and club representatives attended the launch.
Elite NPL NSW players like 2025 Player of the Year Nicholas Olsen, Golden Boot winner Alec Urosevski, Coach of the Year David Perkovic, and former Sydney FC striker Bobo all expressed excitement about the highly practical, time-saving app launching in Australia in their speeches.
After watching Eric and Leo's practical presentations and the supervised demonstrations on the day, I don't believe it is an exaggeration to say that Done Deal has the potential to really make a mark on domestic Australian football, revolutionising football transfers both internally and potentially overseas.
Special guest Bobo said: "The Done Deal platform will provide the contact to get the deal between player, agent and club so much quicker."

Former Brisbane Roar player Mariel Hecher made a very valid point when she said, "Done Deal is a huge addition to the female game in Australia. The vast majority of aspiring female professionals don't have an agent or access to an agent, so it really makes the business side of football for female players so much easier."

In short, Done Deal connects players, clubs, agents, and coaches in a structured, transparent platform that revolutionises football recruitment and contract negotiations. The app is built with the whole footballing ecosystem in mind.
Players can create detailed profiles, submit club requests, negotiate contracts, and manage agent relationships.
Clubs can recruit the ideal players for their team, post player requirements, browse the player database, declare interest in players and manage negotiations.
